​Farm and Ranch Operations Team Member
Job Description- Assist with day-to-day operations of a multi generation family farming operation raising 2600 acres of seed corn, corn, & soybeans  located near Shickley, NE. 
Job Duties:
-  Operate late model Case IH equipment to complete tillage, planting, fertilizing, spraying,   mowing, and harvest operations.
-  Haul grain as needed from field to farm site and farm site to terminals.
-  Spraying, fencing, irrigating, and other duties as assigned.
- Crop scouting
-  Operations recordkeeping and clerical duties as needed.
-  General equipment maintenance and repair.
 
Job Qualifications/Requirements:

•  2 or 4 year degree in an agricultural field (or equivalent work experience)
•  CDL Preferred but not required
• Clean background and driving history
• Ability to work outside and lift 50-100 lbs.
• Proficient in the use of technology.
• Agricultural Background preferred.
• Ability to work independently to complete tasks as well as part of a team.

 
Willing to train the right candidate.  This is a permanent position with an established family  farming operation.
Hours:  Monday – Friday 7:00 AM- 5:30 PM with occasional weekends in season.
