Wade Walters-
Wade is part of the 4th generation of our farming operation and primarily focuses on the financial, marketing, technology, and procurement aspects of the operation. Wade is a lifelong resident of Shickley, NE, a 2010 graduate of Shickley High School and a 2014 graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a BS in AgriBusiness-Banking and Finance Option and a Minor in Grazing Livestock Systems. Wade is married to his wife Abby who is an occupational therapist and they have two daughters Cora and Quinn. Also Wade is a certified remote pilot and can pilot a drone for imaging in various industries. Away from the farm Wade is a director of the Nebraska Soybean Association, vice-president of the Shickley Community Foundation, and in his second term as a member of the Shickley Village Board of Trustees.
Spencer Walters
Spencer is part of the 4th generation of our farm and focuses his time on various operational aspects of the operation including: setting up equipment, planting, harvest, project management, and equipment maintenance. Spencer is also a 2010 Shickley High School Graduate and a graduate of Southeast Community College in Beatrice. Spencer and his wife Kelsey live on the farm with their son Weston & daughter Adalynn. When he's not farming Spencer likes to spend time and the lake, hunting, camping , and other outdoor activities.
Mike Walters-
Mike is part of the 3rd generation on the farm and is a jack of all trades around the operation combining both operational duties with management of the operation. Mike mainly focuses on agronomy in the spring and grain handling and grain quality during harvest. Mike has been farming since he returned to the farm after college in 1978. When not on the farm Mike likes to travel in the winter to Lake Havasau City, Arizona and ride side by sides. Mike is married to Camella and they have two children Wade and Whitney.
Rick Walters-
Rick is also part of the 3rd generation on the farm and like Mike handles a variety of tasks on the operation mainly focusing on equipment maintenance, supplier relations, and running the harvest crew from the combine. Rick has been part of the operation since he returned from college. Rick is married to Diane and they have two children Stesha and Spencer. In his spare time Rick likes to exhibit at and attend car shows across the state.
